i wrote a little story a few weeks ago and now am staring to work on character development to go with it. once i get that down, i’ll move on to scenery. i”m taking my time with this one because i love the story and i want it to look great.

as you can see for now, it will involve a boy and ghosts and war, but that’s not all. i’m thinking of making the ghosts a lot darker than the usual cliché white ghosts. we shall see if it sticks.

the day after a week of not working is kind of the worst. i need to get back into the productive mood after a week of lounging and traveling. so i feel very non clever and just draw flowers.

this summer we are taking a 25 day trip. and i dread the first day of work after that. i might die.

au revoir!

and as this day comes to an end i will say au revoir! i’m taking a little vacation for the next week. a few days of stay-cation here in amsterdam and a few days in paris. (my first time!!)

i’m looking forward to a rest and a recharge. and some new inspiration. (how can you not be inspired in paris?) i’ll be taking a lot of photos and video so i can practice my editing. so look forward to some photographs and little home movies on my return.

i’ll try to post on my tumblr every once and a while.
