hello all!
time for me to announce some big news. after 4 years of living in Amsterdam; fred and i (and our dog) will be leaving this wonderful city. tears!
we are heading to London for some cool new opportunities! i am super excited and also super stressed. moving countries is always a hassle and doing it with a dog can be a bit harder.
so!
i’m going to try really hard to keep updating this blog with new illustrations, but there will come a point when i have to pack up my art supplies. i hope you will forgive me for a few slow weeks to come. but i promise i’ll get back into it once i’m firmly planted in London soil. i’ll also be posting on my instagram, but that will probably be mostly pictures of boxes, my dog and a few farewells to the beautiful city of Amsterdam.

Best of luck! We undertook an international relocation last year (Scotland to America) so I know the hassle involved. I used to live on the outskirts of London and still never managed to see and explore everywhere. It’s a great city. I wish you the best of luck with the move and with settling into London life.

Yes, I completely agree! But for me moving from country to country is exciting, and even all the fuss about the pet schemes etc is fun and so very exciting!!! =)

What a coincidence! My son who lives in Amsterdam just got a job in London and will be moving at the end of the month. I loved the Netherlands when we visited but I’m looking forward to seeing London in the near future.
